Speaker:  Dr. Bob McCarty

Bob McCarty is a pastoral ministry consultant and trainer and has spent his career in professional leadership, serving in national, diocesan, parish, school, and community programs.

He offers workshops, retreats, and training programs in ministry skills and issues internationally. Bob is the project coordinator for Saint Mary’s Press research, Going, Going, Gone: The Dynamics of Disaffiliation in Young Catholics and he assists Catholic ministry organizations in mission assessment, membership engagement, and strategic pastoral planning.

Bob has a BS in Sociology/Theology from St. Joseph’s University, an MA in Religious Education from LaSalle University, and a D.Min. from the Graduate Theological Foundation. Bob is an adjunct faculty at the Catholic University of America.

We invite you to join us for BLUEPRINTS 2024, a transformative retreat guided by Dr. Bob McCarty with the theme “Rooted in Faith”.

In the shifting cultural milieu in which we find ourselves today, it can be helpful to remember that we can be rooted in faith. Roots remind us that we are not left to our own devices, that we draw from sources of power not of this world and when we consciously draw from the source of our faith, real transformation is possible in both ourselves and others.

We look forward to welcoming you for a retreat of enrichment and renewal as we strengthen our roots in faith.
