To obtain the special discounted rate, rooms must be reserved prior to Thursday, October 24, 2025. Reservation requests received after this date will be accepted on a space availability basis only and may be at a higher rate per night.
Please note that a limited number of rooms have been blocked for Thursday, November 13th for the Board of Directors, who will be attending the Board Orientation, which is taking place on Thursday, November 13th at 1:30 p.m.
